Based and operating out of Dubai in the UAE, Nextec Services, which is part of the USA based Nextec Group, specializes in bridging the gap between global markets through the provision of education services and software development services worldwide.

Nextec Services’ Educational division aims to foster international education by granting students from around the world access to internationally accredited university and college programs. This is achieved by generating cooperative opportunities between international educational providers and improving the management of schools and universities across frontiers.

Additionally, the team members working under this division are internationally trained and experienced and possess strong professional educational knowledge and skillsets. Mr. Vinay Lamba is an entrepreneur with over 30 successful years of U.S. and international business experience in both the public and private sectors. His proficiency focuses primarily in the industries of education/training, testing, IT technical support and media. He is also highly accomplished in both the formation and expansion of global industry channels and multinational alliances.

His professional expertise encompasses: Alliance Development, Budgeting and Forecasting, Change Management, Channel Operations, Conflict Management and Resolution, Education and Training Development/Management, Global Business Development/Expansion/Growth, Leadership, Project Management, Strategic Planning and Technology Implementation.

As President/CEO, he founded and leads the Nextec Group of companies based in the Washington DC Metro area which include: Nextec Inc., Nextec Services, Viztec, ESRA India and Traveloes.

Mr. Guillaume Finck has lived both in the United States and France, and started his career in the sports fishing industry as an International Sales Manager for Asia and North America. He later became the Director of that firm’s US branch and was based out of Minneapolis. He further worked as the Director of the automotive branch of Beneteau, the world’s largest sailboat manufacturer, and has been an entrepreneur for more than 15 years.

In 2010, after selling the different companies he had previously founded, Guillaume began a new career in the field of higher education, which has been a life-long passion of his. To date, he has held the posts of Academic Dean, Professor of Business Strategy, as well as Dean of the Paris School of Business. Accordingly, his higher educational expertise now encompasses international accreditations, academic management, and campus operations and supervision. He also launched ETC (or Excellent Triangle Company), an educational firm dedicated to franchising schools and study programs abroad.

Mr. Sundara has earned a Master of Applied Science degree in Artificial intelligence (AI) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT). Over the past 15 years, he has professionally served in several diverse technological roles such as Research Associate in Bio-informatics, Principal Developer, Solution Architect, Delivery Manager, Technology Entrepreneur, and Chief Technology Officer.

He has designed, implemented and delivered mission-critical and turn-key solutions in Education, Media, IoT, Healthcare, Pharma and Cyber Security

Dr. Michael Oehler is an executive contributing to the successful operations of numerous organizations in the Washington DC Metro area including functioning as Nextec Services’ Vice President of Global Operations and Nextec Inc.’s Sr. Director of Global Operations.

Michael was educated and trained in four countries including varying periods of post-graduate study at the universities of Cambridge (UK), Harvard (USA), Oxford (UK) and two distinguished research institutes – one in Oxford (UK) and the other at an Australian National Research Centre in Sydney. He has earned an additional 16 certificates and seven professional certifications.

Dr. Oehler has more than 30+ years of global experience involving 25 nations in the areas of conflict management, education/ training, intercultural communication and safety/security – including teaching experience at Harvard University.

He is listed in Marquis Who’s Who in the World (from the 2007 edition on) and Marquis Who’s Who in America (from the 2009 edition on). In 2017, 2018 and 2019, Dr. Oehler was selected by Marquis Who’s Who as a recipient of the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2018, he was also selected as the 2018 Top Consultant of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).

Mr. Ammar (Mark) Darkazanli is a Business Development (BD) and Sales Management professional holding a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Computer Engineering, and possessing an exceptionally analytical mindset with more than 30 years of global experience in various industries. In these BD-related roles, he strongly supports Nextec Services senior management and corporate clients by seamlessly combining a dedicated customer focus with diverse industry knowledge in order to deliver high-end, innovative educational and IT solutions. Developing and strengthening the relationships between Nextec Services and our current enterprise partner clients to achieve their maximal organizational growth is a strong priority for Mark as well.

Experienced in senior management posts within startup firms, Mr. Nanduri delivers exceptional leadership and strategic partnership management knowledge and skills to Nextec Services and its clients.

Dr. Miguel Moreno (Hon.), Nextec Services’ VP of Global Engagement & International Partnerships, possesses an exceptionally diverse international background involving the senior management of a wide range of public and private sector organizations. He is also the Director of Outreach for a Northern Virginia-based university as well as the VP of Technology and Training for a Washington DC area firm.

Along with having been awarded four honorary doctorates and numerous professional accolades, Dr. Moreno is a Ph.D. candidate in Higher Education at San Francisco Xavier University. He holds the MBA and an MA in Public Policy & Government, both degrees earned at Regent University. His BS degree is in a science-related area, and he has completed more than 200 certificate &/or certification courses – many focused on crucial aspects of organizational finance, leadership & management – including ISO and TQM.

His educational, business & organizational management experience includes having successfully assisted small to large-sized organizations in the arenas of Banking, Defense/Security, Education, Health Services, Housing, Social Insurance and Technology.

Dr. Mathew Joseph is currently based in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) where he works as the Sr. Director of Middle Eastern Operations for Nextec Services.

His professional medical training and experience as an advanced-level dental surgeon enables him to deliver exceptionally high quality dental services to his patients – a role where he now has accumulated 25 years of highly successful experience.

During his career, Dr. Joseph has worked closely with a wide range of healthcare-related organizations such as professional associations in India and a major hospital chain based in the Middle East. He held several top posts at those professional associations over the years and additionally worked in two other executive-level posts for a large, well-established hospital chain located in the Middle East – first as their Operations Manager and later as their Human Resources Director.

Dr. Joseph’s dedication to quality and his long-term commitment to serving the needs of others have earned him a well-deserved reputation with his peers as an excellent dental surgeon and an outstanding organizational leader.

Mr. Kal Hadi is a world-class Subject Matter Expert in many IT-related areas with more than 20 years of international experience in senior executive-level business management/consulting, computer graphics, imaging and electronic publishing. He joined the Nextec Team in 2016.

Mr. Hadi earned his Master of Science degree in Electronic Publishing from the Rochester Institute of Technology and now holds numerous IT industry certifications including:

  • The COTP (Certified Online Training Professional) from the ICCOTP (International Council of Certified Online Training Professionals),
  • The CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) from CompTIA, and
  • The ACI (Adobe Certified Instructor).

In addition, Kal is recognized by Adobe Systems as one of the “Top Five Most Highly‐Rated Adobe Certified Instructors Worldwide”. He remains at the forefront of global education technologies and computer-based training.

Mr. Hamza Bentahila is Nextec Services’ Director of Sales for the Middle East and Northern Africa (MENA) regions, working out of Nextec Services’ Headquarters in the Washington DC Metro area. Trilingual in English, French and Arabic and possessing a strong multicultural skillset, he is a very experienced international business executive with a global strategic vision for all education-related marketing, advertising and sales. His 10+ years of involvement working in various professional roles in Northern Africa, London, England, New York City and Washington DC, USA span the following sectors: Marketing, Advertising and Sales; along with Corporate Operations including Project Management, Public Relations, and Recruitment.

His professional background further includes successful academic training in Northern Africa and England. From this latter nation, he earned a BA degree (Hons.) in Marketing and Advertising from the London College of Communication, as well as an MSc in International Marketing from King’s College, University of London.

He received his Bachelor of Arts from Morehouse College, Georgia; his Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University, Illinois; and his Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration and Policy Studies from Atlanta University, Atlanta, Georgia.

Frederick also has a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from the Robert W. Woodruff Health Science Center, Rollins School of Public Health of Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia; a post-graduate certificate in Public Health Leadership from the University of Alabama @ Birmingham Mid-South Program; and a post-graduate certificate in Non-Profit Studies from The Johns Hopkins University Institute for Policy Studies, Center for Civil Society.

He has more than 8 years of experience in Enrollment Management, Compliance, Strategic Recruitment Including International Recruitment, and Scholarship Fund Management. Additionally, during his former tenure as a Director of Enrollment for a US college, he developed admissions policies and procedures that aligned with that institution’s strategic plan.

Mr. Henkaro has been trained in multiple filed of studies in Africa and North America. In addition to his multiple certifications & professional development trainings, he earned a Master of Business Administration degree (with honors) from Keiser University in the USA, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia, Africa. His diverse professional background thus encompasses not only the above higher educational areas but Data Analysis, Operations Management, Employee Training and Development as well.

Ms. Morgan-Kemp has more than a decade of successful experience working in higher educational institutions and universities. Her many years of work at the University of the District of Columbia (UDC) involved Accounts Payable as well as Student Accounts. She consequently interacted with and supported numerous university departments/offices there including: Admissions, Business Affairs, Finance, Financial Aid, Registrar’s and Student Affairs.

Katrina attended the University of DC for Business Management Studies and earned certificates in Accounting from Strayer University.

She also had the pleasure of serving in the United States Army which provided here with the diligent work ethic she employs on a daily basis today.

Ms. Siegel has over 12 years of Human Resource Management, Full Cycle Recruitment, Benefit Administration, and Payroll Processing, plus 10 years of healthcare/social work as a CNA supporting administrative functions along with clients in the field.

She pursued her education at Penn State University in Human Resources and Development and Family Studies. Her subsequent career in healthcare and social work where she helps and assists others has provided her with a great deal of satisfaction.

In her current role as Nextec Services’ Human Resource Manager, she supports employees, students, and management internationally and locally. Along with building and maintaining relationships with local community members and organizations, she delivers support services to students and staff related to student internships, homestays, and student housing. She is dedicated to the highest quality standards and so always seeks to ensure that all employee, student, organizational and partner needs and requirements are fully met.

Mr. Grubbs is currently working at Nextec Inc. where he provides client services on a global basis. In this role, he is responsible for communicating with Nextec clients and partners on various projects and meeting their respective requirements.

Prior to this, Eric earned a degree in Business Management from George Mason University and spent 15 years honing his expertise in marketing, sales, customer service and technical support; the latter skillset coming from his time working at both Firedog and Geek Squad. Additionally, he founded and ran his own business where he developed and utilized a wide range of skills related to: business development, client attainment and retention, financial management, operations, payroll, webpage development, and payroll.

Mr.Daniel Roura possesses professional, multinational experience in the complex processes related to higher educational internationalization, having held management positions in private universities in Argentina, France and Switzerland for more than 8 years.

In Argentina, Daniel was the Coordinator of the Office of International Relations at Universidad Siglo 21, one of the largest private institutions in the country. There, he designed and implemented the school’s internationalization strategy, including supervising all processes and indicators. He further managed all of the university’s international agreements and international student exchange programs.

In Europe, Mr. Roura functioned as the Operations Manager and Key Account Manager at UBIS University in Geneva Switzerland. In this role, his work focused on operations management, accreditations, business development and customer service.

Daniel has been additionally educated in areas which strongly complement his professional experience. To date, he has earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidad Siglo 21 in Argentina, and an MBAfrom the Paris School of Business (PSB) in France. He speaks Spanish, French, English and Italian as well.
